Change doesn’t magically happen all at once. It’s a process that you need to map and then traverse - one step at a time.

  • Share your goal (or problem)

This process starts with you. I want to learn about your organization’s purpose, who is helping achieve it, what’s stopping progress, what your big hairy audacious goals are… In this phase, I’m listening - actively and whole-heartedly. Time to think big!

  • Identify the changes ahead

What type of change is approaching? Is it an external one that could throw you off course, or a change you’ve planned for and want to execute seamlessly? We’ll identify the type change your organization is navigating and how best to manage the change process within your organization.

  • Envision the future state

Visualize what needs to be in place for your organization and each individual within it to understand, engage with, and implement the change.

  • Plan for it

Develop the change management plan to support that vision. Change happens one person at a time! This planning process will take that into account. We will work together to design an inclusive path forward.

  • Make it happen

While this sounds obvious, you have to activate your plan for change to happen. A critical element of “change management” - which really is just navigating successfully through change - is understanding all of the steps needed to make a change and charting progress against them.

  • Celebrate

When hard work achieves something good, you should celebrate it! How does your organization or team acknowledge the little and big wins? The individual successes? Or even the failures that taught everyone something valuable.
